I am interested in the concerns that bring you to me; what you want to achieve; and your experiences of trying to make changes in your life. We then work together to find a way forward for you.
I will support you in making the best use of your ressources and developing new skills to overcome the challenges you face.
I draw on a range of psychotherapy and counselling approaches - cognitive, behavioural, narrative, systemic, psychodynamic and existential and more, always adapting my approach to suit you.
My work is also informed by psychotherapy and counselling research.
